Anne has built and managed organizations and strategic partnerships and led systems change in corporate, philanthropic, and NGO environments for more than 25 years. Anne was the first employee, GM, and a board member at a start-up that sold in 2018 for $120M. She loves seeing clients make connections between people, ideas and resources, and actualize their best selves. In addition to this work, she is currently navigating the daily adventures of parenting two children.

Robert is a multifaceted communications, operations, and programs management leader. He loves building systems and supporting teams, and is passionate about meaningful diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
Robert often serves as the primary project lead and has expertise in managing the often-difficult middle phase of an engagement and leads TGA’s client compensation and offer negotiations.
He has a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Washington and his Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from the California Institute of the Arts. Robert loves crafting stories. You can watch a short he wrote, The 90 Day Plan, streaming on Max.

Chloe has Midwest roots and received her Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from the University of Iowa and Master of Public Health from the University of Washington. She has a passion for health equity, food systems, and sustainability. Her expertise is onboarding, project management, and problem solving. She employs a systems approach by listening and asking questions. She loves seeing clients transform as they gain perspective. Chloe’s ingredients for a perfect day are fresh air, new music, and great company.

Thomas has over two decades of experience leading high performing organizations and teams. Thomas founded two nonprofits and advises companies from the initial startup phase to well established brands. He was a founding partner of TGA in 2014.
Thomas is committed to clients achieving measurable and meaningful results. This includes building out entire teams, strategic assessment, coaching, and succession planning.
Thomas started his career working for mayors and the Corporation for National and Community Service (AmeriCorps). He has served on the boards of the Pike Place Market Preservation and Development Authority, AAUS, Washington Trails Association and Washington State Leadership Board.
Thomas is an avid snowboarder and a Crystal Mountain seasonal instructor.
